Prioritising conservation areas#

Child operational approaches

Description#

Prioritising conservation areas involves selecting locations where protection efforts will have the greatest impact on biodiversity and ecosystem function while also considering cost-effectiveness and feasibility. This process involves assessing existing knowledge about biodiversity, threats, and other relevant factors and then using this information to identify and rank areas based on their conservation value.
